The American Lamb Board is thrilled to announce the 2025 Lamb Jam Tour, a coast-to-coast celebration of American lamb, amazing chefs, and unforgettable flavors. 

This year, we’re expanding to seven vibrant markets: Atlanta, Austin, Boston, Denver, Washington, D.C., San Francisco, and Seattle.

What’s Happening

Lamb Jam Month: February 1st-28th
Kick off the festivities with exclusive lamb dishes at participating restaurants in each city. For one month only, local chefs will showcase their creativity with unique, lamb-inspired dishes. It's the perfect excuse to explore your local food scene and savor the versatility of American lamb.

Lamb Jam Live Tour
The excitement heats up with our Lamb Jam Live events! Each city will host an interactive celebration featuring:

• Eight Lamb Bites: Taste incredible creations from local chefs.

• Culinary Competition: Cast your vote for the Lamb Jam Master.

• Drinks & Entertainment: Sip craft beverages, enjoy live music, and capture memories in our photobooth.

• Exclusive Merch: Shop one-of-a-kind Lamb Jam merchandise.

• Giving Back: A portion of proceeds will support World Central Kitchen, feeding communities in need.
