Hello to teams preparing to compete at the Memphis in May World Championship Barbecue Cooking Competition!
I am pleased to announce that the American Lamb Board and Superior Farms are proud sponsors of Memphis in May. As sponsors of the exotic category, we will be providing American Lamb from Superior Farms to each team participating in the event. If your team has already selected your competition protein for the category, not to worry, we're still excited for you to receive and enjoy our incredible lamb offerings. American Lamb and Superior Farms will be offering a variety of lamb cuts for your enjoyment including bone-in shoulders, bone-in breasts, and dinner ribs. Each offering will have limited quantities and available on a first-come-first-serve basis. The pick up times for all teams, excluding those in the Exotic category who can pick up earlier, are: We'll be ready for your arrival at our booth space located in the large parking lot across from the Judges Tent and Main Stage. If you are not familiar with American Lamb cuts, we will have David Bancroft a long-time butcher and salesman for Superior Farms Lamb on hand to answer all of your questions.
