New Lamb Jam Restaurant Month Celebration!

If you had the opportunity to attend a live, in-person Lamb Jam in years past, lucky ewe! But, we’ve got something new for you lamb lovers this year!

Throughout May, the American Lamb Board is partnering with talented chefs in Lamb Jam Tour cities throughout the United States in a unique in-restaurant, dine-around experience. Each restaurant and chef will shine a spotlight on American lamb and the family-operated farms and ranches raising sheep in the United States. Participate in Lamb Jam 2023 in the following cities:

In each city, participating restaurants will showcase American lamb dishes and you’ll have the opportunity to vote for your favorite. Live in Austin? Stop by Lenoir for Lamb Pastrami. What about Seattle? Book a table at Spinasse for Breaded and Fried Lamb Lollipop on a Stick. And if you live in Boston, do not miss out on the Lamb Birria Tacos at Sub Rosa.

Everyone who votes will receive a Lamb Jam T-shirt and be entered to win a $250 gift card to the participating restaurant of their choice. The People’s Choice winning chef will receive $1,000 to the local charity of their choice.
