Ingredients
- 2 racks American Lamb ribs, 1 pound each
- 2 cups barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoons bourbon
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
In a bowl, combine barbecue sauce, bourbon, salt and pepper.
Place ribs on a sheet of foil. Cover each rack with about 1 cup bourbon barbecue sauce. Close foil; place racks on the grill over medium heat. Grill for 2 hours or until desired temperature has been reached.
Remove ribs from the grill; serve on large platters.

Ground Lamb
Internal temperature of 160°F
All Other Cuts
Internal temperature of 145°F, with a 3 minute rest
