Ingredients

1lb ground American lamb
-
1 packet taco seasoning mix

1 can (16 oz each) refried beans

1½ cups chunky salsa (drained slightly if watery)

1 cup guacamole
-
1 cup sour cream, plus more to make the spider web
-
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (or Mexican blend)

1 cup diced tomatoes (seeds removed)

1/4 cup sliced green onions
-
1/4 cup black olives, for garnish

Tortilla chips, to serve
Directions
1. Prepare the Lamb:
In a saute pan, brown the American lamb and mix with the taco seasoning mix, according to package instructions.
2. Layer the dip:
Spread refried beans evenly in the bottom of a 9 x 9 glass dish. Top with seasoned lamb. Spread the salsa next, guacamole, then the sour cream, and finally the cheese. Use a piping bag or ziplock back with the corner snipped off to pipe on the sour cream spider web. Garnish with edges with diced tomatoes and scallions. Use black olives to create spiders!
Serve with tortilla chips, veggies sticks or whatever you enjoy!
