Second Quarter Recap

With event season in full swing, our efforts are dedicated to advocating for the inclusion of American Lamb on restaurant menus nationwide.

From exciting promotions to prestigious culinary competitions, Q2 has been packed with events highlighting the versatility and deliciousness of American Lamb. Here’s a look back on what we’ve been up to!

April Highlights: Get a Leg Up

We kicked off April with our Chefs Roll Promotion "Get a Leg Up," featuring five outstanding chefs from Seattle and Los Angeles. This initiative showcased creative and mouthwatering American Lamb dishes, inspiring chefs and food enthusiasts alike to explore new ways to incorporate lamb into their menus. The participating chefs brought their unique flair to the table, making this promotion a resounding success.

May Highlights: NRA + BBQ and Lamb Jam

The American Lamb Board took Chicago by storm! At the NRA BBQ, Chef Martial Noguier of Bistronomic wowed everyone with his Woodfired Lamb Sirloin and showcasing the top-notch quality of American Lamb. ALB also walked the NRA Show to catch the latest food service trends.

Plus, at the IFEC Bubbles 'n Biz event, we teamed up with Chef Adam Moore to whip up a delicious wood-fired lamb sirloin while connecting with top publications and editors!

Of course, May wouldn’t be complete without our
Lamb Jam Promotional Month!

This year's Lamb Jam was as incredible as ever, with chefs from across the country competing to create the best lamb dishes. The finalists will head to the Platform by James Beard Finale in NYC.
