We hope you experienced the American lamb bites and Grgich Hills Estates wine pairing. This partnership highlights who we are at our core: stewards of the land. The American Lamb industry is made up of 80,000 family farms across all 50 states and they are committed to practices that support their communities and preserve the land for future generations. In California, American Lamb producers shepherd thousands of sheep across wine country to graze among the vines to trim the grasses and weeds that grow throughout the winter. This grazing practice enhances the soil and benefits the quality of the wine, and you know what they say, what grows together goes together, so we hope you had the chance to taste that in action Friday night. Please check out our short film, Stewards of the Land, which highlights the great efforts the American lamb industry is making in regenerative agriculture. Also, here is the American Sheep Industry sustainability report that showcases American Lamb's commitment to preserving the land for the future. We’d love to work with you in the future! Please feel free to reach out to us or our agency partners at Wild Hive (kim.bedwell@wildhive.com) for possible collaboration opportunities. Also, please connect with us on social media @fanoflamb.
