Lamb Jam Chef Award Winners Announced

A month-long celebration of American Lamb culminates with the announcement of the 2023 Lamb Jam Restaurant Month winners. Lamb Jam Restaurant Month brought together talented chefs in six cities to celebrate family operated farms and ranches raising sheep in the United States.
